If you encounter difficulties in purchasing: 1. Taiwan purchasing service is exempt from service fees. Most shopping expenses in Taiwan already include a 5% sales tax, but please be mindful of local shipping fees when making purchases.
We also offer a service for advance payment with a 3% processing fee.

What is the difference between the container shipping method and international express delivery DHL and Fedex:
a. Consolidation method: Export all goods together on the plane and declare them separately in Taiwan. The cost is low, most products can be shipped, and the tariff can be reduced. The speed is fast. This method can be used by individuals or companies. Generally, it takes 3 to 4 days after leaving the warehouse to arrive in Taiwan.
b. International express delivery: Fedex or DHL companies deliver goods every day without waiting. Packages can be picked up from anywhere in the the United States and sent directly to anywhere in the world. Individuals and companies must formally declare customs, and the types of items that can be shipped are limited. The probability of customs duties is relatively high, and the shipping cost is high. Shipping generally takes about 5 to 7 days. Most suitable for purchasing agents who need to declare imports.

Why are some websites unwilling to send to the warehouse?

Inbound Handling Fee Structure
Billing is based on the inbound weight of each individual package (rounded up to the nearest whole pound; minimum 1 lb).
  • Taiwan (TWD): Base fee of NT$ 160 for packages up to 10 lbs. Additional weight over 10 lbs is billed at NT$ 32 per lb.
  • Hong Kong (HKD): Base fee of HK$ 40 for packages up to 10 lbs. Additional weight over 10 lbs is billed at HK$ 8 per lb.
  • Malaysia (MYR): Base fee of MYR 20 for packages up to 10 lbs. Additional weight over 10 lbs is billed at MYR 4 per lb.
Inbound Fee Calculation Examples (TWD):
  • 8 lbs package (Under 10 lbs): Inbound fee = NT$ 160
  • 12 lbs package: Inbound fee = $160 + (12 - 10 \text{ lbs}) \times 32 = \mathbf{\text{NT\$ 224}}$
Address Migration Notice & Special Operational Guidelines
Operational Notice: As this is a private residential address, packages must wait to be transferred by the property owner to our standard BDE warehouse facility. Inbound processing time will be delayed by 2 to 3 days. Subsequent handling and shipping procedures remain identical to standard warehouse operations.
Important: Do NOT request delivery signature options upon shipment. The private residence owner may not be present at all times to sign for deliveries.
