Shipping Rules for Perfume & Essential Oils (UK to Hong Kong)

A. Shipping Fees & Classification

*Special Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling Fee: HK$50 per unit.

a. One single bottle (up to 150ml) = 1 Unit.

b. Sample sets (total volume within 20ml) = 1 Unit. (Minimum charge is 1 unit).

c. Gift sets exceeding 60ml total will be charged a maximum of 5 Units.

*Freight Rates: All perfumes must use the ETY Special Cargo Route (First 1kg = HK90;Eachadditional0.5kg=HK45).

*Packaging Rules: Perfumes cannot be mixed with other items in the same box. They must be shipped in separate boxes with separate waybills. A repacking fee of HK$50 may apply.

*Damage Policy: No compensation is provided for breakage during transit. We strongly recommend reinforcing your own packaging for maximum protection.

B. Shipping Duration & Terms

*Estimated Time: Due to regional conflicts and stricter airline security for special cargo, shipping may take 1 to 1.5 months or longer. Exact delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. If you have time constraints, please consider alternative logistics providers.

*No Refunds: Once a waybill is generated and the package is packed, returns/refunds are not accepted.

*Mandatory Declaration: Any product containing alcohol or similar volatile ingredients must be declared as ETY Special Cargo. Failure to declare truthfully may result in airport seizure or heavy fines.

C. Penalties for Non-Declaration

If perfumes or alcohol-based items are detected by airport security/customs without proper declaration:

1.Strict Classification: These are Dangerous Goods. You must notify customer service and declare them accurately before shipping.

2.No Documentation: If goods are "confiscated" or "returned" by security, no official documentation or proof can be provided.

3.No Compensation: There is no compensation for lost, damaged, or missing items in returned or undeclared packages.

4.High Penalty Costs (Borne by Member):

*Pallet Freight: HK750totheairportstation;anotherHK750 if returned to the EMA warehouse (per pallet).

*Mandatory Airport Fees: HK500internaltransportfee+HK900 aviation security handling fee.

*Return to Warehouse Fee: Approx. £55 (HK$500) per box.

*Additional Costs: Administrative fines and daily warehouse storage fees are the member's responsibility.

*The member assumes full financial and legal liability for failure to declare alcohol-based goods.
