A. General Warehouses

These are the primary locations where parcels are received, packed, organized, and dispatched.

*Fees: Usually, no storage or processing fees are charged upon arrival (any exceptions will be noted in the warehouse address description).

*Common Issue: Some sellers refuse to ship to logistics companies or commercial warehouses.

B. Private Warehouses

These are residential addresses that receive goods and then transfer them to a general warehouse for processing 1–2 times per week.

*Fees: Entry fees apply; please refer to the specific warehouse address description.

*Usage: Ideal for websites that refuse to ship to standard logistics warehouses.

*Restriction: Parcels sent to a private warehouse cannot be consolidated with parcels at a general warehouse on the same waybill.

C. Reasons for Delivery Refusal

Websites may refuse to ship to a warehouse for the following reasons:

*The credit card used is not from the local country.

*&The seller suspects you are a professional purchasing agent (daigou).

*The shipping address and billing address for the credit card do not match.

*The merchant does not deliver to logistics companies.

*The website has extremely strict security policies, making orders difficult to place.

Tips for Managing Your Shipments

If the Seller Won't Include Your Member ID in the Address

Try entering your member ID in any available text field:

*Name field

*Address Line 1 or 2

*Remarks/Notes section

What to Do if Your Parcel Is Not Showing in the System

*Pre-reporting: Before the parcel arrives, use the "Add Waybill" feature to pre-report your tracking number. The system will automatically match it upon arrival.

*Orphan Zone: If the seller confirms delivery but the parcel isn't in your account, check the "Orphan Zone" (Unclaimed Parcels) under Parcel Inquiry.

*Missing Data: If no entry data is found, please refer to Q&A C8.
