3. Understanding the Operations in Various Warehouses

When creating a waybill, you have three distinct options based on your needs:

A. Pre-declaration Waybill: Fast Dispatch (Before Arrival)

*Use when: Your items haven't reached the warehouse, but the seller has provided a tracking number.

*Rule: No consolidation (items are shipped as-is).

*Benefit: This is the fastest method. The warehouse dispatches the item immediately upon receipt.

B. Add Waybill: Items Already in Warehouse

*Use when: Your items have already arrived. You will receive an email notification once they are checked in.

*Benefit: Allows for consolidation (combining multiple packages).

Note: If your package hasn't appeared in your account, use the tracking number to check the "Unclaimed Parcels" (Orphan) section.

C. Pre-arrival Notification: Fill Before Arrival

*Use when: Your items haven't arrived, but you have the tracking number and wish to consolidate them later.

Note: If items aren't showing up, check the "Unclaimed Parcels" section. If still missing, contact the seller for a Proof of Delivery (POD).

*Flexibility: The Import Declarant and the Recipient can be different individuals to suit your needs.

Shipping Payment

*Checking Fees: Go to [I Want to Pay] > [Accounts Payable] OR [I Want to Ship] > [Waybill Inquiry], select the waybill number, and click [View].

*Recommended Method: Online Banking (BankPro). This is an automated system that credits your account instantly, ensuring no shipping delays.

*Pre-top-up: We suggest topping up your account in advance to avoid payment failures caused by time zone differences.

*Accepted Currencies: TWD, USD, RMB, THB, and MYR.

*Process: After paying, check [Account Info] in "My Messages" after a few minutes. The system automatically deducts the fee and arranges dispatch.

Important Reminders: Consolidation & Splitting

Why Consolidate? (Combining Packages)

*Note: Consolidation does not guarantee a reduction in weight, and the volumetric weight (size) might increase.

*Method: Packages may be taped together in their original boxes or moved into one larger box.

*Damages/Disputes: To avoid weight disputes, extra packaging material may or may not be added. We cannot offer compensation for damages if items weren't reinforced.

*Reinforcement: If your items are fragile, please select [Standard Reinforcement] or [Special Reinforcement] under [Value-added Services].

*Missing Items: We are not responsible for missing pieces unless a "Detailed Inspection" service was requested. Please contact your seller for missing contents.

Why Split? (Dividing Packages)

*Deciding Factors: If the shipment is too large, too heavy, or exceeds a certain value, the warehouse staff will decide to split the box.

*Customs Compliance: Splits are often made to comply with local customs regulations (see FAQ sections D5 and D7).

*Tax-Inclusive Routes: For "Tax-Inclusive" shipping, warehouse staff have the final say on splitting to ensure successful clearance.

Note: If you do not want your package split, please choose a "Non-Tax-Inclusive" route.

Final Reminder: The system dispatches items only after payment. If you have questions regarding the shipping fee, please contact customer service before the package reaches the Taipei warehouse. We can arrange a re-measurement once it arrives.
