Process for Door-to-Door Pickup to Local Consolidation Warehouse:
1.Inquiry: Provide weight, dimensions (L x W x H) for each box, and the pickup address.
2.Choose from 3 Service Methods:
a. Drop-Off Service Station:
*Deliver the items yourself to a local service point at your convenience, which will then be forwarded to our warehouse.
*Shipping labels can be printed at the service station.
b. Doorstep or Designated Location Pickup:
(Available for Hotels, Shops, Logistics providers, Residences, Offices, or Factories)
*Step 1: Fill out the [Add Local Pickup Request] with the address, phone number, contact person, and location name.
*Step 2: Write your Member ID clearly on the outside of the box.
*Step 3: After the fee is confirmed, top up your account via [I Want to Pay] in the member system.
*Step 4: You will receive a notification via [Internal Message] & Email once the items enter the warehouse.
*Step 5: Once stored, go to [Add Waybill] on the official website to complete the customs declaration.
c. Self-Arranged Delivery to Red Sea Logistics Warehouse:

Important Notes:
*Consolidation Reference: Please refer to Beginner's Guide 1A, 1B, and 1C.
*Non-Refundable: Once pickup is arranged, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
*Time Slots: We cannot guarantee a specific date or time for pickup.
*Labels: You may be required to print and attach shipping labels to every box. Ensure none are missing.
*Documentation: Take photos of the packages with the courier, the vehicle license plate, and the shipping labels.
*Failed Attempts: In the US, Canada, UK, and Europe, if a courier attempts a pickup but the items are not ready/available, a basic handling fee will still be charged.
*Insurance: For high-value items, please purchase insurance or declare the value. Compensation follows the regulations of the local logistics provider.

*A. UPS Drop-Off: HK$107 (Self-delivery to the nearest UPS station).
*B. UPS Collection: HK$155 (Doorstep pickup; specific time slots cannot be set).
Australia (Sydney AUX & Melbourne AUM) / Japan (Tokyo JPD) / Thailand (Bangkok TTM)*Service Area: Greater Metropolitan areas.
*Process: Provide detailed address, box count, weight, and dimensions for a price quote.
South Korea (Seoul KAO)*Service Area: Near Seoul warehouse and Dongdaemun area.
*Process: Contact customer service for a quote with your address and package details.

Packaging Reminder: We strongly recommend using cardboard boxes. Avoid soft packaging/bags, as some countries refuse them or they may cause "oversized volume" errors during machine scanning. If you must use a bag, use tape to secure all loose parts (straps, zippers) to ensure the package is tight and flat.
