Phase 1: Purchasing & Payment Proxy Services
a. Procurement & Ordering
Please first provide the seller's information, website links, item names, quantities, and relevant screenshots of the products you wish to purchase:
1.We will first confirm whether our overseas personal shoppers can procure the items.
2.If only a partial quantity of your order is available, we will notify you to confirm whether you would still like to proceed with the purchase.
3.Once the total purchase amount is confirmed, please top up your account balance using the [I Want to Pay] function in the system.

- Requirement: Deposits must be made from a bank account under your own name to the [Member Information] section.
4.Upload the front and back of your official ID to the [Member System] for verification.
b. Payment Proxy Fees
1.Advance Top-Up: Please top up your member account in advance. This balance will be used to make the payment on your behalf once the goods arrive at the Red Sea Forwarding Warehouse.
2.Seller Wire Transfers: If an overseas shopper assists you in wiring funds directly to a seller, the items must be tangible physical goods and must be inspected and shipped through the Red Sea Forwarding Warehouse.
c. Important Notes & Precautions
1.Unsuccessful Orders: If we are unable to successfully purchase your items, no purchasing proxy fee will be charged.
*The funds will first be refunded to your member account. If you require a cash refund, it will be sent back to your original bank account.
*Please note that any bank processing fees incurred must be covered by the user.
2.Returns & Cancellations Policy:
*Once the personal shopper has placed the order, returns or cancellations are not accepted.
*If you request a return after the package has arrived at the warehouse, it will be handled according to our standard return procedure.
*Purchasing proxy fees, logistics/shipping fees, and inspection fees are strictly non-refundable. All returns must comply with the seller's specific return policy.
3.Anti-Fraud Security: To prevent exploitation by fraudulent syndicates, any suspected scam or fraudulent activity will be reported to the police immediately.

*Self-Ordered Online Items (Payment Proxy Only): 5% proxy fee per order (Minimum charge of JPY 300 per order).
*Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Proxy at Warehouse: 5% handling fee per order (Minimum charge of JPY 300 per order).
Note for COD: You must notify customer service one working day prior to arrival and provide the payment amount, tracking number, and item details. The payment will only be processed after customer service reviews and approves it.
*Warehouse Restriction: The Japan JPD warehouse does not accept cross-border (overseas) packages sent to the facility.
*Special Vendor Offers:
1.Etoile Kaito (海渡網) & ZoZoTown: 0% purchasing proxy fee.
2.Atomy (艾多美): We can assist with online ordering and payment proxy services.
*Conditions: Minimum JPY 30,000 per transaction, and must exceed JPY 300,000 total per month.

*Export Tax Refund Guidelines:
1.Direct Personal Refund (4%): Limited to accounts whose monthly proxy purchasing volume exceeds JPY 500,000.
2.Self-Declaration by Japanese Corporations: For clients who have their own registered company in Japan for sourcing, our company will issue the official Export Certificate (<-block _nghost-ng-c3934019469="" class="ng-star-inserted">NTA Reference). There is no restriction on purchase amounts, and no additional fees are charged.
3.Compliance: Accurate and detailed item customs declarations are strictly required for both options above.

*Compliance Requirement: To comply with local government regulations, when using the "Payment Proxy" service, you must provide at least one of the following:

3.The shop/seller's official telephone number.

Important Notice regarding Potential Situations with Local Personal Shoppers (Please read carefully before placing an order)
f. Clarification of Liability and Scope of Responsibility
1.Inspection Scope: Upon receiving your items, we will assist with warehouse check-in, inspecting the outer appearance, item types, and quantities. If the seller you approved cancels, delays, sends the wrong items, or ships goods with scratches or mismatched colors; or if items are left unshipped; or if items remain uninspected due to non-removable packaging (such as sealed boxes or plastic bags) and contain internal damage, discrepancies, or errors—the personal shopper shall not be held liable.
2.Proxy Status: The personal shopper acts strictly as a purchasing proxy commissioned by you to buy goods on your behalf. They cannot be held responsible or designated as the liable party for the transaction.
3.Waiver: Based on the above points, customers are strictly prohibited from demanding compensation or refunds from either our company or the personal shoppers.
g. Unsuccessful Purchase Attempts (Due to various external factors)
1.Refund Handling Fee: If a bank transfer refund is required due to an unsuccessful purchase, a processing fee of TWD 30 will be charged.
2.No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, returns or order cancellations are not accepted until the package has been checked into the warehouse, after which it will be processed according to the standard [I Want to Return Goods] procedure.
3.Seller Dispute Resolution: Should any purchasing issues occur, customer service workflows must follow the rules and regulations of the overseas seller. The personal shopper will assist you in managing the return or exchange process. However, even if the seller delays the process long-term or refuses service using various pretexts, customers may not demand alternative compensation or refunds from the personal shopper.

Red Sea Logistics acts solely as a purchasing proxy transaction platform between buyers and sellers. It bears no responsibility or liability regarding the products, transaction amounts, or actions of any personal shoppers and customers.
Notice:
These benefits are currently available to members only. Our company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. Any changes or detailed precautions will be posted on this webpage without prior notice.
1.Platform Disclaimer: Our company serves exclusively as an intermediary purchasing transaction platform for both buyers and sellers. We assume absolutely no financial or product-related liability between personal shoppers and clients.
2.Fraudulent Websites: If a fraudulent or scam website is encountered during the purchasing process, only the purchasing proxy fee will be refunded. Our company shall not be held responsible for any funds stolen or defrauded by the external seller.
3.Program Amendments: Promotional offers are for members only. We reserve the right to amend or terminate these activities at any time. Any content updates or detailed notices will be published directly on this webpage without separate individual notifications.
4.Cashback Exceptions: A very small number of websites or product categories (such as certain children's clothing/supplies, specific brands, and select websites) do not qualify for the 3% cashback offer. If we fail to inform you immediately that a requested website is ineligible, we will waive our purchasing proxy fee, but the 3% cashback reward will not be provided.
5.Return Window & Fees: If a purchased item needs to be returned, it must be confirmed within 3 days of arrival. If it exceeds 3 days, a handling fee of TWD 400 per item will be charged. Please carefully verify the store's policy beforehand, as some items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an item has entered the outbound shipping process, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted. Please contact your local personal shopper for detailed fee breakdowns.
6.Live Sourcing (Outlets, Supermarkets, Department Stores, Brand Boutiques): We offer real-time live-shopping procurement services for "discounted items." Most of these services are offered with no purchasing fee (labor fee) or only a nominal fee, while still giving you access to immediate promotional discounts. Please contact customer service for details.
7.Quality Expectations Disclaimer: Please understand that outlets, supermarkets, and malls offer deeply discounted prices, meaning items cannot be 100% guaranteed to be flawless. While local personal shoppers will filter, inspect, and reject major defects for you, minor or micro-blemishes are beyond our control, and strict factory-level quality control is impossible at our minimal fee rates.
*We firmly maintain a NO-RETURN policy for minor issues (Alternatively, you may request detailed inspection and photo-taking when filling out your shipping waybill). If you have strict quality requirements, please refrain from purchasing high-end luxury goods through this service.
*Examples of acceptable minor variations include: Uneven stitching or minor interior irregularities on clothing, shoes, or bags; tiny paint/color leaks on shoe edges; minor discrepancies in color or size perception; or personal preferences regarding the scent of perfumes and skincare products.
